Being so mentally exhausted from trying to navigate all of the nutrition misinformation, trying new "health foods" that only made my symptoms worse. At the end of the day I just wanted to give up because nothing was working.

I finally started to heal when I took the time to understand and listen to my body. I started fueling my body with real food, started a movement routine I actually enjoy, and along with many other things my symptoms started to dissapear, and the healing began.

  • When & Where?

    My one-on-one program includes two biweekly 50 minute appointments each month for 6 months, held over zoom (or in person at a space in Des Moines). Each session will include a discussion of your progress, goals, and recommendations. Biweekly sessions allow time for goals and growth to be made between appointments.
