Will I have to follow meal plans or workouts?
Exercise and healthy eating are very important, but there is no one size fits all aproach to a healthy lifestyle. Together we will find ways to implement healthy eating and movement styles that you actually enjoy into your daily routine.
How are you different from a nutritionist or dietician?
As a health coach, I take a more holistic approach to health. Looking at not only the food you eat, but lifestyle as a whole. The experience is more personalized to you and your goals. Holistic Health Coaches don't prescribe diets, workouts, or supplements.
